Directions:
Metro:
Metro north on the red line to the Bethesda stop. Walk east along the East-West Highway for 0.2 miles and turn right onto Pearl Street.

I-495 Northbound:
Take exit 33 off of I-495 and turn left onto Connecticut Avenue. Drive 1.2 miles and turn right onto East-West Highway. Drive 0.6 miles until you reach the parking lot.

I-495 Southbound:
Take exit 33 off of I-495 and turn right onto Connecticut Avenue. Drive 1.2 miles and turn right onto East-West Highway. Drive 0.6 miles until you reach the parking lot.

We only have three blocks; please bring your own if possible. The infield will be closed for the duration of the event.

Cost: $15 per runner or $225 per gender per team.

Checks payable to: American University, in the memo line put American University Club XCTF. More details will come when invoices are sent out.

Check-in will begin at 9am and the events will start at 10am (with women first, then men for each event). The order of events will be as follows:

Price is $15 per runner and $225 per gender per team.

Registration on the NIRCA website opens Tuesday, January 28th and closes Sunday, February 16th at 11:59 pm. Please download the attached Excel sheet that will be sent in an email to club leaders and reply to this email with the completed entries for your team by 9pm on Sunday, February 16th.
