Big news! Any athletes staying at NIRCA official event hotels will receive a free 3-day ticket to local amusement and water park, Kings Dominion. This is a $120 value per person, and a great way to spend your downtime or time before/after the event!

The event parking lot is controlled by VCU/Flying Squirrels baseball team. For both Saturday & Sunday, be prepared to pay an $8 parking fee. Only cards are accepted.

ELIGIBILITY:
All clubs must fill out and email a completed eligibility form for the Spring season by Friday, March 21, 2025. A new eligibility form must be submitted for each fall & spring. All forms must be verified by the university registrar.
Eligibility forms can include any athletes, including those who might not register / participate at Nationals - it is simply a method for confirming student status, so anyone on the team can and should be verified by the form. Tip: Include any and all athletes from the club on the form; you can decide who will participate at NIRCA Nationals later.
SEED TIMES & PROOF OF PRIOR PERFORMANCE:
Seed times are optional, inputted at registration on clubrunning.org, and can be submitted for all events -- it helps assign you to the correct heat for optimal competition.
Proof of prior performance *is mandatory* for certain events (Shot put, discus, triple jump, and steeplechase), ensuring basic athlete competency in the event to reduce injury risk to all competitors. Proof of prior performance must be submitted before the event registration deadline. If not submitted or submitted with errors, the athlete entry will be automatically removed from the final event entry list.
