DEI Mission
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within NIRCA aims to amplify underrepresented voices and create a welcoming environment that unites every person.
By experiencing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at a collegiate level, athletes broaden their perspective and can be well equipped for the present and future beyond club running.
DEI Vision
NIRCA strives to incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as an active and present part of the organization’s culture by educating and continuing to foster personal growth within the running community.
Land Acknowledgment
The United States is the homeland of many indigenous people who inhabited this land for generations before and after colonization. The National Intercollegiate Running Club Association respectfully acknowledges the land we run on is the homeland of these indigenous people. We encourage all members of the National Intercollegiate Running Club Association to learn about, honor, and respect the indigenous people of the United States and their land.
