Hendersonville , NC
Terrain: Flat and Fast Course. This is the home of Western North Carolina's High School Cross Country Carnival. The course is made of primarily grass and wood chips trails. Weather should be great on the day of! Times for men in the 5k on this course have been ran under 16 minutes and under 19 minutes for women.
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
