Terrain: A mix of grass, packed dirt (some with roots and some without), and packed dirt with a teensy bit of loose gravel. A small (5 meter) stretch over asphalt
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
