The NIRCA Fall 2021 National Championship is (tentatively) on!

We are thrilled to announce that Fall XC Nationals is planned for November 6th, 2021 in Shelbyville, IN. These plans are subject to change as new information emerges, so keep checking here for immediate updates as they are available.

For the Fall 2021 season, Nationals eligibility criteria for club and individual participation will be waived. NIRCA fall season meets will all be considered Non-Qualifiers.

Regionals: tentatively planned, all dates TBD. Fall season: clubs hosting meets should submit their races for the NIRCA event calendar as soon as their events are confirmed.

Terrain: Terrain is flat and primarily well trimmed grass. Some slight rolling hills.

Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Awards: Top 3 teams
Individual Places 1-15: All-American First Team
Individual Places 16-30: All American Second Team

Cost: $25 per runner. No team rate.

Eligibility: This is a CHAMPIONSHIP event.

Both Team and Individual Eligibility Criteria, based on participation prior in the season, must be met in order to attend Nationals.

Once eligible, Qualification standards (based on team and individual finish at Regionals) establish how many and in which competition individuals/teams will race at Nationals. *Club leaders: Eligibility forms require university registrar to verify academic standing. Forms must be submitted once per season, Fall & Spring, before each deadline. Teams without eligibility forms are not permitted compete.
