Course Location:
Crystal Springs Cross Country Course
San Carlos, CA
Terrain: An all dirt course. It's easy on the knees and scenery is nice (overlooking a wildlife reserve). The entire course is up and downhill. The view and the elevation changes make it for an always-fun run. No shade, so be prepared for full sun and a hot day. Also, stay on the paths because of the wildlife.
Water might be provided but not guaranteed; plan to bring your own.
The course is located on very sensitive property. There are some uncommon restrictions-- such as no dogs, no bicycles, and no smoking. It is a game refuge and has to be treated as such.

Every athlete who finishes at Pacific Regionals will earn the right to participate in the National Championship (November 16, 2019 in Richmond, VA).
Qualifying slots to the *Championship* race will be awarded based on absolute finish by team and individual position.

-ATTENTION: In order to participate in the NIRCA Pacific Regional Championships, you MUST fill out a medical card (link: link) and submit it to your club officer/team captain.
Club officers/team captains:
Please note, you must have an emergency medical card for each athlete that competes in order to be eligible to race. In addition, you will need a first aid kit. We will be checking for both these items at race check in.
*You will not be permitted to compete without complete documentation - this info is very important in case of a medical issue or emergency*
