Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Top 3 Male's and Female's overall will be awarded medals. Winning overall team will win an additional medal.

All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
