Terrain: The courses are relatively flat and offer a few small hills. At least 90% of the course is on grass.
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Cost: $10 per runner or $300 per team.

Cancellation after the September 24th registration deadline will result in no refund. Cancellation before this time will result in a full refund.
Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
