Terrain: Building upon the legacy of Pole Green Park, the Run with the Rams Cross Country Festival has quickly established itself as one of the premier collegiate club cross country invitationals on the East Coast. The event annually attracts a highly competitive field featuring many of Virginia's top collegiate programs while continuing to expand its regional reach by welcoming nationally recognized teams from across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.
Hosted on one of the nation's most accomplished championship cross country venues, Run with the Rams provides student-athletes with the opportunity to compete on the same course that has crowned conference champions, national champions, and Team USA representatives. The combination of an elite racing environment, a championship-caliber course, and a deep field of competitors makes Run with the Rams an early-season proving ground for teams with conference, regional, and national aspirations.

Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Awards will be given to Top 10 indivdiuals in the Men's and Women's races. Team awards will be given to 1st and 2nd overall Men's and Women's teams.

Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
