Terrain: WakeMed Soccer Park Cross Country Course is an outstanding cross country course with a mix of grass and fine gravel. The course has rolling hills and roughly 70% tree coverage.
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Top two teams will receive trophies, and the top three finishers in each race will receive an award.
