Spikes are not allowed.

Awards: Top 10 individuals in each race; Top 3 teams in each race.

There are water refill stations throughout the park. There is a $6 CASH only entry fee to the park. No stakes allowed in the ground.

Uniforms: NIRCA Uniform Policy will be strictly enforced. Athletes not in compliance with the policy will not be able to compete. Uniform policy appears on page 11 of the NIRCA Club Leader Guide.
