Terrain: Rolling grass hills
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 5 finishers of each race along with the top men and women team.
The Mutt Award will be handed out to the individual who places exactly in the middle of pack of their respective race.

All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
