The 57th Running of the Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race continues one of the nation’s most iconic Fourth of July traditions, bringing more than 60,000 runners and walkers to the streets of Atlanta for the world’s largest 10K on July 4.
Beginning at Lenox Square and finishing in Piedmont Park, the race winds through the heart of the city, uniting participants of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in a shared celebration of movement and community.
In 2026, the Peachtree takes on even greater significance as the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary. At the same time, Atlanta prepares to welcome the world as a host city for the FIFA World Cup, placing the Peachtree at the intersection of national pride and global connection.
For more than five decades, the Peachtree has reflected the spirit of the country - bringing people together each July 4 in a powerful display of unity, tradition and celebration.
