Race Information

Course Location:

Vestal, NY

Terrain: 5k and 8k cover grass, dirt trails, and gravel (with minimal concrete). Moderate hills. Trails can be muddy. Race goes through sports fields and nature preserve on campus.

Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Awards: Top 3 women in 5K
Top 3 men in 8K
Top 3 teams in 5K and 8K

Cost: $15 per runner or $200 per team.

Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.

All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.

An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
