Terrain: Grassy and mainly flat with a few road gravel crossings
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Note that it is $200 to register a women's team and $200 to register a men's team. The $400 cost covers both teams

Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
