Terrain: Flat, grass course with one big hill that is run twice.
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Cancellation Policy:
Teams will be responsible for all athletes that are registered at the end of the registration period.
Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
