Terrain: The course is on trails in a nature park, there are hills towards the end.
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Awards will be given for top 3 in each race as well as awards for top 3 women's teams and top 3 men's teams

Cost: $25 per runner or $400 per team.

Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
