Terrain: Standard Cross Country, grass surface, through some wooded areas, mild hills along course
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Top two teams in each race receive team awards. Top 5 individuals medal in each race

All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
