Terrain: The course at Terrapin Nature Park is FLAT sandy soft gravel. Enjoy views of the Old (Chesapeake) Bay while running a PR!
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: Top 3 in each race + top mens and womens team

Cost: $25 per runner or $500 per team.

Cancellation Policy:
Entries will be due on September 22. Payment for all entries as of September 22 will be due at the meet. Cancellations after this time cannot be refunded.
Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
