NIRCA T&F Team Scoring

Top 9 places in a final score for the team accordingly: 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

- Unless an individual is the 4th or later scoring member of their team in that event. In this case, those points are removed from scoring entirely.
*This is the difference for NIRCA, in other meets the points would go to the next best finisher - slide down.

This results of a 9th place finisher always receives 1 point (unless they're a 4th or later placing member of their team in that event - then they receive none). 9th place would never receive more than 1 point due to a slide down of points - we do not do that.

- The same applies to any relay team for a school past their top relay (2nd or later) - they do not score and points do not slide down.
