Terrain: 6 lane track will adjustable bank
- 8 lane surface in the center of the track for
sprints
- two jumping sand pits (though we'll only require
one)
- turf surface away from the track for warming
up
- a shot circle
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
Awards: T-shirts will be given to the winner of each event
