Terrain: Course is mostly grass terrain with a short woods section. Some gradual hills along course as well. Spikes suggested.
Both Women and Men's courses follow a looped course. Very spectator friendly.
Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Northeast Regionals update:
We will be moving all of the teams inside of the facility. Teams may set up all of their gear and warm-up inside. Please be advised of the following rules.
No food/drink allowed in the dome
No cleats/spikes allowed in the dome
No muddy/dirty shoes or bodies allowed in the dome (hoses are available outside- do not use bathroom sinks to wash shoes or bodies) (advise athletes to bring a towel, dirty clothes bag, etc).
Please keep areas clean and use trash receptacles
