Membership Requirements

Intent to Participate

Officers are responsible for registering Intent to Participate each school year. To do so, a club officer must provide contact details for the department director for the university department they are affiliated with, such as recreation or student life. The officer must also nominate the dues option for the year.

We are preparing to reveal a new Intent to Participate form and will be sending out instructions on 1 August.

Annual Dues

Your annual membership dues must be paid no later than October 1 of each calendar year. The amount that you pay depends upon your club's status. See the details below on what options are available for your club.
