Cost - all teams $20/runner
Roster changes will be allowed up until the registration deadline.

Do not mail payment until you have received your invoice.
You will be invoiced for the number of runners your team has registered within 72 hours after registration close.
Invoices are sent after registration close.
If you do not receive your invoice after 72 hours, contact NIRCA Race Management - race.management@clubrunning.org
Entry fee payments will be accepted by mail only.
Payments will not be accepted on race day.
Cash payment is not permitted for any NIRCA events.

Safety/Medical
The NIRCA Risk Management handbook will be available before and during the event. Contact NIRCA Race Management - race.management@clubrunning.org

Scoring/Awards
Traditional NIRCA scoring: Each team’s top 5 runners place, 2 displace. Lowest total combined score.

“A” race will be limited to maximum 7 runners per team.
The remaining runners will compete in the "B" race.
Top 15 runners in the "A" race will receive the First Team All-American designation.
Runners 16-30 will receive Second Team All-American designation and honorable recognition.
“B” race begins immediately following “A” race. Races will be further split if runner volume exceeds course capacity, determined after registration close and announced on clubrunning.org.

Restrooms/Parking
Some portajohns will be available on site. Higher-than-normal demand for restrooms occurs before each race begins -- plan accordingly.

Parking is not located at the drop-off point for the course. Please see the weekend map, parking directions and the image here to understand where parking will be located.

Waiver
ALL PARTICIPANTS must sign a waiver before being a part of the 2014 Cross Country Nationals. This includes runners of both the men's and women's races as well as volunteers on the course and alumni and other community runners of the Open 5k.

Registration
Registration opens November 3, 2014 and will closes Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 11:59pm. If your team count at right displays as 0, please email race.management@clubrunning.org.
Team rosters are sent to the timing company immediately after registration close; for this reason, LATE ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED and changes not permitted. Sorry, no exceptions.

Alumni Schmooze-fest

NIRCA ‹3 Alumni! NIRCA loves Alumni! All NIRCA alumni are invited for food and drinks in a casual atmosphere on Friday night (7pm) at HopCat before the meet.

Alumni are invited to race the Open 5k and volunteer on Saturday - Email race.management@clubrunning.org to volunteer. Volunteers will be fed nicely!

Post-race Celebrations

Stay after the race to enjoy live music and bands, and grab a bite to eat from food trucks that will be on-site after the National Championship event. Bring a singlet to trade and hang out with your fellow runners to celebrate this season's accomplishments together!

Alumni / Open 5K Race

We're growing the Open/Alumni 5k, a cross country race on the morning of Nationals. When was the last time it cost only $10 to race on a championship course? Tell your friends and family! Awards given to top 3 overall male and female finishers. Alumni are invited to stay after the 5k and volunteer during the NIRCA races.

Shoes

If you can't beat 'em on the run, then beat 'em on the drive! For the seventh year, MRun is collecting and counting the number of pairs of donated shoes (gently used only, please!) Bring your shoes to team check-in on Saturday morning to get counted! The winning team will receive a delicious award.
