Diversity, Equity, a NIRCA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

NIRCA DEI Mission
Diversity and Inclusion within NIRCA aims to amplify underrepresented voices and create a welcoming environment that unites every person regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, ability, or sexual orientation. By experiencing Diversity and Inclusion at a collegiate level, athletes broaden their perspective and can be well equipped for the present and future beyond club running.
DEI Vision
NIRCA strives to incorporate Diversity & Inclusion as an active and present part of the organization’s culture by educating and continuing to foster personal growth within the running community.
